Community action on Dementia Brent have this week been awarded funding from ‘Love where you live’ to help with the cost of hosting a picnic for member of the dementia cafe community in Brent.
The aim of the picnic is to allow individuals suffering with dementia, their families and carers to take parting this historical event in a safe and support environment.
